❓ Custom Printing FAQ

How fast can I get my custom apparel order?

Most orders are ready within 7–10 business days after design approval. Need it faster? We offer rush services — just let us know when you need it.

What products can I get printed or embroidered?

We can print or embroider T-shirts, hoodies, polos, jackets, hats, bags, and more. If you can wear it (or carry it), we can brand it.

What’s the minimum order size for screen printing or embroidery?

Traditional screen printing requires a minimum of 12 pieces due to setup costs.
For smaller runs (even just one-off pieces), we offer DTF transfers, HTV vinyl, sublimation and other specialty print methods — giving you the same quality with faster turnaround and no big minimums.
Larger screen print runs = better pricing per piece.

Can I supply my own garments for printing or embroidery?

In most cases, yes — but all garments must be approved by us first to ensure compatibility with our inks, equipment, and processes.
Important: If an issue happens during production, we are not responsible for replacing customer-supplied garments. We highly recommend providing extras just in case.
